DigiGold facilitates the purchase of physical bullion (i.e. bars of Gold/Silver) for as low as Re. 1 with the ease of online access. The customer can request for the delivery of Gold/Silver purchased from Augmont anytime they want in the form of coins/ bars and jewellery and it will be delivered at your doorstep. Customers can also sell the bullion (bought from us) in a secured and convenient manner back to Augmont.
Challenge & Solution
The SaveEZ project aims to build a Fintech Mobile App that enables users to invest their spare change in digital gold. The app is built using React Native for the front-end and PHP Laravel for the backend with a MySQL database. The project is supported by DevOps and Cloud Server setup on DigitalOcean, with a Load Balancer, Block Storage, and Managed Database along with Cloud Backups. The app is partnered with Augmont to provide Digital Gold investment services to users.
Our Process

A Load Balancing solution for seamless user experience. A Managed Database solution for secure data storage. Cloud backups for data protection and disaster recovery. A user-friendly interface for users to buy & sell their digital gold and withdraw money to their bank account.
Result Driven
The SaveEZ project has been successfully completed and deployed in DigitalOcean. The mobile app has been developed using React Native and PHP Laravel. With the help of our DevOps Engineers the Cloud Server setup was done for secure and scalable deployment.
The app has been integrated with Augmont for digital gold investment services and provides multiple investment plans for users to choose from. The implementation of the Roundup, Proportion, and Daily Savings Plan, along with the user-friendly interface for buying & selling digital gold and withdrawing money, has resulted in a seamless user experience.
Our DevOps Services has helped the client to setup Cloud Server on DigitalOcean and has ensured the app’s performance and scalability, and the Load Balancing solution has provided a seamless user experience. The Managed Database solution has ensured secure data storage, and the Cloud Backups have provided data protection and disaster recovery.
The mobile app has been published in the Google Play Store and is now available for users to download and start investing their spare change in digital gold. The project has been completed within the estimated timeline, and regular progress reports were provided to the client throughout the project.
